Partnership Programme

Building safer support
systems, together.

BRASI partners with universities, NGOs, legal organisations, therapists, and safeguarding bodies to create a connected, privacy-first ecosystem of support for survivors. Our partnerships are built on shared values, mutual accountability, and a commitment to survivor dignity.

Why partner with BRASI

Closing the gap between
crisis and care.

Existing support systems leave a significant gap: survivors who are not ready, or not safe enough, to seek visible help. BRASI fills that gap — and a partnership with us means your institution has a genuine answer for students who currently fall through the cracks.

Mission alignment

Every BRASI partnership decision begins with one question: does this serve survivors? We partner with organisations whose mission is genuinely aligned with survivor wellbeing — not institutional reputation management.

Privacy by architecture

Our commitment to student privacy is not a policy statement — it is enforced at the infrastructure level. No partner, however trusted, can access individual student records. This protects your institution as much as it protects students.

Institutional confidence

BRASI gives institutions a credible, documented wellbeing resource they can reference with confidence. Our safeguarding framework is publicly available, regularly reviewed, and aligned with sector best practice.

Reach students who stay silent

Most students experiencing trauma will not walk into a counselling centre or file a formal report. BRASI reaches the students who need support but aren't ready for visible help — the ones current services miss.

Wellbeing impact

What a BRASI partnership
means in practice.

A partnership with BRASI is an investment in the students who have nowhere safe to turn within existing support structures. Here is what changes when a partner joins the BRASI network.

A private place to process

Students gain access to an encrypted journal before they are ready to speak to anyone. Externalising trauma, even in private writing, is clinically recognised as a meaningful first step toward recovery.

Anonymous access to specialists

By removing the barrier of identity disclosure, BRASI enables students to reach qualified support at a much earlier stage — often before a situation escalates.

Aggregated institutional insight

Partner institutions receive anonymised, aggregate data about platform engagement and support demand patterns — enabling informed, evidence-led wellbeing strategy without compromising any individual student.

Measurable duty of care

BRASI gives institutions a documented, demonstrable wellbeing resource — one that complements formal safeguarding structures and can be referenced in regulatory and accreditation contexts.

Having a platform students can access anonymously fundamentally changes the conversation around campus wellbeing. It removes the stigma barrier that stops so many from seeking help.

The privacy-first architecture is what gave us confidence. We were certain that partnering with BRASI wouldn't compromise our students' trust in the institution.

Therapists, counsellors & legal specialists

Join BRASI as a
verified provider.

As a BRASI provider, you reach survivors at the moment they are ready to seek help — often far earlier than they would engage with traditional referral routes. Our verification process ensures students know they are connecting with qualified, trauma-informed professionals.

Step 01

Apply & submit credentials

Complete the provider application with your professional credentials, registration details, and evidence of trauma-informed training. We review every application individually.

Step 02

Verification & approval

BRASI verifies your credentials directly with licensing bodies. Enhanced background checks are required. Approved providers receive a verified badge on their listing.

Step 03

Anonymous contact pathway

Students can browse your profile and initiate contact without sharing their identity. You receive anonymised initial messages — student identity is only shared at their explicit request.

Step 04

Ongoing engagement

Manage your availability, capacity, and listing details through your provider portal. BRASI supports ongoing re-verification and professional development signposting.

NGOs & charities

Extend your reach
through BRASI.

An NGO partnership with BRASI gives your organisation access to survivors who are ready to seek support but not yet ready to engage with direct services. We create a bridge between private processing and the meaningful help your organisation provides.

Priority directory placement

NGO partners are prominently listed in the BRASI support directory, with an organisation profile that communicates your mission, services, and referral pathway.

Anonymous referral pathway

Students can be guided toward your services through an anonymous hand-off — they reach your organisation at their own pace, without BRASI disclosing their identity.

Joint awareness campaigns

Co-develop awareness content with BRASI to reach students on campus and online. We provide design resources, copy templates, and platform placement.

Mission alignment visibility

BRASI surfaces partner mission statements to students at the point of support browsing — helping students connect with organisations whose values align with their own.

Privacy & safeguarding

The principles that underpin
every partnership.

These are not negotiable. They are the foundation on which BRASI is built — and on which every partnership agreement rests.

All student insights are anonymised

Institutional partners never receive data that identifies an individual student. All dashboard insights are aggregate-only, and technical safeguards make individual identification structurally impossible.

Student privacy remains protected

Students are never required to provide their real name, email, or institutional affiliation to use BRASI. A private alias is sufficient. No partner organisation can link a BRASI account to a real student identity.

Trauma-informed platform design

Every interaction on BRASI — from language to user flows — is designed with trauma sensitivity in mind. Partnerships are assessed for alignment with this principle before they are approved.

Our full policies are publicly available and independently reviewable.
